Timberseal

TIMBERSEAL is a water-based user-friendly silane/siloxane emulsion for treating outdoor timber.  It penetrates into the cellular structure of the timber, rendering the timber surface water repellent.  TIMBERSEAL significantly reduces the absorption of water which is responsible for the bulk of the deterioration of timber substrates.

TIMBERSEAL may also be used to treat other neutral substrates such as fabric/paper, permeable stone, and polymer renders.

• Fast water beading effect after application
• Reduces the growth of moss, lichen and algae
• Significantly slows the silvering effect, particularly on softwoods

• Bonds to the substrate with no peeling.

• Reduces water absorption and water-borne staining.
• Does not significantly change the surface appearance or vapour permeability of the treated surface
