Tile & Grout Sealer

TILE AND GROUT SEALER is a high-quality solvent-based penetrating silane/siloxane water repellent for ceramic and masonry building materials.  The product is designed to penetrate deep into the capillaries of ceramic and masonry surfaces and render them water repellent.  This water repellent zone significantly reduces the absorption of water or other water-borne staining substances which are responsible for the bulk of the deterioration in masonry building materials such as grouts.  It will also significantly reduce the incidence of efflorescence.  The treatment will not significantly change the appearance of the treated surface, or the vapour permeability, however a slight darkening of the surface may occur for some substrates.

TILE & GROUT SEALER is particularly recommended as a water repellent sealer for tiles and grout.  Suitable tiles include ceramic, terracotta, concrete and natural stone.  It may also be used to seal other porous masonry building substrates and renders.
